Calcium-rich varieties such as skim milk and fat-free yogurt can be a weight loss game-changer, especially when combined with physical activity and a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains.


Sugars and Sweets.

Keep your daily sugar intake low. Too much sugar in your diet can cause spikes in blood sugar, which may make you more likely to reach for a snack before you feel full. Excess sugar intake has also been linked with weight gain and obesity.
